Because no exercise truly reduces fat in only one area of the body, the combination of weight training and cardio is the key to losing the bundles of fat all over. By targeting weight exercises towards the area of the body you wish to reduce, you actually change your shape for the better.
As for nutrition, the bottom line is that to lose weight you must use more calories than you take in. Don\’t be sucked in by the \”magical cures\” as there is none. Our bodies are amazing, but some things remain true no matter what scientific advances are discovered. Just to be sure you get it: To lose weight, you must burn more calories than you take in. So - make sound nutritional choices based upon the food pyramid. Instead of high-sugar white bread, choose whole grain breads that don\’t contain trans-fatty acids.
