That includes those living in the system, financing it, running it. It is human nature and we should never deny it or turn our backs on the innate characteristics of mankind.

Now then getting to those who can produce change to help run the World Franchise System; Machiavellian psychology predicts that he who rises from the people is loved and respected. It is he who must be allowed to rise and lead and choose to join the system, before corruption over takes his personal character changing his wills and desires, forcing him into a \"Feared and Respected\" posturing, as seems to be the historical natural progression.

Enlisting the visionary who so wants so much more for his people, who would do anything to see that what is right is done. With his leadership and the backing of the people they maybe allowed to enter the franchise system. Seeing the success of their neighbors will ensure the pique of their curiosity and interests.

I do not believe that setting up a Country, as a franchise is more difficult than a burger joint; it just takes a lot more capital, longer wait on the ROI and more resources. And really we are not just setting up an economic system, but rather taking our studies of all needs of civilizations and weaving them together in a non-linear way, which is the way things work in this dimension, inter-connectedness I mean.
